Bighorn Weed is a cannabis dispensary and delivery service in historic Taos. Sourcing directly from organic weed farms in Taos and Northern New Mexico who grow consciously, in living organic soil, under our bright sun for high quality medicine. Bighorn’s dispensary doors opened on April 20, 2023 hosting the Inaugural Taos Cannabis Festival featuring a weed farmer’s market, local musicians and good vibes. The dispensary, conveniently located at the junction of Paseo del Pueblo Norte & Camino de la Placita (near Cid’s) was originally a blacksmith shop built in the 1930s. Bighorn’s renovation of the property was awarded a Certificate of Appropriateness by the Taos Historic Preservation Committee. The Taos community voted Bighorn the “Best New Business Idea” in the 2022 Best of Taos Awards for starting the first licensed cannabis delivery service for customers and patients throughout Taos County.
