It’s time to celebrate the fall harvest with the Taos Land Trust! From Auntie Nannie’s Seed Exchange to an open house-style maker’s market with locally made goodies like spiced plump reserves, the week is jam packed with ways to get in touch with the land and all the goodies the summer grew!
Purchase a ticket for the main event, a the Fall Harvest Dinner in the fields at Vista Grande Gardens on site at Taos Land Trust (410 La Posta Road) at 5pm this Saturday, October 7. The menu will feature ingredients grown on the property in mushroom enchiladas with green chile, beef enchiladas with red chile, calabacitas, pinto beans, Spanish rice, fresh tossed salads and of course sopapillas.
Most events are free to attend and the dinner is only $35 with all proceeds supporting this local non-profit’s youth and educational programming thanks to sponsors like our very own TAOS! Visit taoslandtrust.org/35years
