Name the constellations from your sleeping bag under the stars. Forest Service campgrounds in the Carson National Forest including Lower Hondo, Cuchillo de Medio and Cuchilla welcome you along NM 150 just below the Village of Taos Ski Valley. In the Village, plop down at Twining campground at the Bull of the Woods trailhead. Most of these free sites can accommodate trailers and tents, and have vault toilets.

The SnowMansion Adventure Lodge also offers camping in lovely Arroyo Seco, 8 miles from the Village of Taos Ski Valley or Taos Monte Bello RV Park, near the Rio Grande Gorge bridge.
