Rhoda’s Restaurant ~ Enjoy tacos and tequila! Named after the First Lady of Taos Ski Valley. Savor our homage to New Mexican flavors paired with margaritas or local brews while watching sports at the bar or getting some sun on the patio. Located slopeside at the Resort Plaza. Opening 11/28 Fri.-Sun. Lunch 11am-5pm, Dinner 6-9pm

Tenderfoot Katie’s (Winter only) ~ Tenderfoot Katie’s is a seasonal marketplace that gives diners the choice of grab-n-go breakfasts and lunches, and a variety of cuisines and beverages. This Taos staple is a go-to location for those who are looking for a quality dining option that allows them to get back on the slopes quickly. Opening 11/28 Daily 8am-3pm, 4pm drinks/snacks

Martini Tree Bar (Winter only) ~ This legendary après spot is back! Listen to live music and unwind after a day on the mountain. Opening 11/28 Wed.-Sun. 3-9pm

Whistlestop Cafe (Winter only) ~ The best place on the west mountain to refresh. Located mid-mountain on Whitefeather, near Lift 2. The perfect place to enjoy a mountain break with drinks, snacks, and restrooms. Outdoor bar and full café service. Opening 12/13

The Phoenix BBQ (Winter only) ~ Enjoy New Mexico’s highest elevation BBQ at the heart of the mountain at the base of Lift 4. Pulled pork, chicken & sausage gumbo, empanadas, pastries, coffee & drinks. Pair your BBQ with one of 40 craft canned beers to enjoy on the sunny deck. Opening 12/26
