This feature-length documentary film chronicles the story of a marine veteran who navigated the profound traumas of war by making art, becoming a hero to generations of artists, including his friends Ed Ruscha and Frank Gehry, among others interviewed including Happy Price, who along with Ken Price were friends of Westermann. The film features actor Ed Harris as the voice of H.C. Westermann. Included with admission as part of First Friday, extended pay-what-you-wish hours. This film is presented in conjunction with Pursuit of Happiness: GI Bill in Taos. On view through May 31, 2026
