Join TOI in welcoming international opera star Jamie Barton, Mezzo-Soprano, and Kathleen Kelly, Collaborative Pianist, for an intimate evening of opera gems and contemporary song. Fresh from her starring role in Jake Heggie’s Intelligence premiering at Houston Grand Opera in the Fall of 2023, this will be Ms. Barton’s first performance in Taos, NM.

Ms. Barton’s 2007 win at the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions launched a major international career that includes leading roles at many of the world’s most-loved opera houses including the Metropolitan Opera, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington National, Chicago Lyric, Santa Fe, Teatro Real Madrid, Oper Frankfurt and her hometown opera company, Atlanta Opera.
