Taos Annual Paella Cookoff. A festive, community event rich in great food, drink, entertainment, and people. Taste the creative and traditional Spanish dish of Paella served by the many chefs of Taos and the Taos High Culinary Arts program.

Tickets include samples of at least 8 different paellas, from both local chefs and the Taos High School Culinary Arts students. 100% of net proceeds support the Taos High School Culinary Arts Program.

Our mission is to foster, encourage, develop and support culinary arts education in Taos County.
