The Free Dr. Seuss Birthday Party is Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Taos Youth & Family Center located at 407 Paseo del Canon East for children of all ages. Children attending the party will receive a children’s book and reading backpack (while supplies last). Special guests will be The Cat in the Hat, The Grinch, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Blue Bear  from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico, and Thing 1 and 2. Dress up as your favorite Dr. Seuss Character (a prize for the first 10 children). Prizes are donated by Walgreens.

Ongoing activities include balloon animals, bowling, craft making, face painting, games and much, much more. Our goal is to show America’s children the joy of reading and building a nation of readers on or about Dr. Seuss’s Birthday and every day. You do not want to miss this fun-filled birthday party!
