Chicken Sedan is a rockin’ and boppin’ trio featuring Cullen Winter with Conrad Cooper on bass and Paul Greenhaw on skins. Dance to originals and classic roadhouse favorites. The sound is all Americana, rockabilly, surf, hot rod twang, and country. Cullen first cut his teeth in rockabilly as the lead guitarist with Johnny and the Blades, a Taos favorite that packed the house at Tim’s Chile Connection back in the ’90s. His country chicken pickin’ guitar  and down home vocal style were honed in Red River as a member of the Damn Band, then the house group at the Motherlode Saloon. Cullen’s love for surf guitar spawned the legendary trio, Tsunami Squad who wowed audiences all over the Southwest.

Chicken Sedan is a fun project that ties all of that together with an infectious blend of styles that will get everyone out on the dance floor. Longtime Taosenos will recognize tunes from all of the previously mentioned groups as well as lots of honky-tonk classics and originals. Grab a friend and your dancing shoes (or boots) and get on out to whoop it up with these guys.
