Breath & Beats – Winter Soulstice 2 Year Anniversary Journey. Mark the seasonal shift and the last full moon of the year through this very special 2-hour workshop.  Includes gentle movement, meditation, active breathwork, and integration, all accompanied by a live DJ set. Tea will be served.
