Juliette hosts a two-night bar takeover with Modern Ancient’s Rob Easter. Featuring a dedicated menu of 3–4 curated cocktails plus an intentional non-alcoholic option. Distiller Rob Easter will be behind the bar both nights, sharing pours that highlight grain-forward character and a restrained, nuanced approach. Guests are welcome to order from the takeover menu or the regular Juliette bar menu throughout the evening.
