The 192 at The Blake will be hosting a special wine dinner collaboration between Executive Chef Noah Pettus and Winemaker Evan Martin of Martin Woods. Chef Noah has created a five-course menu that Evan will pair seven different Martin Woods wines from various vineyards and AVA’s within the Willamette Valley, Oregon, including two library wines straight from the Martin Woods cellar.
