In the morning, go riding along the secluded trails of the Rio Grande Gorge. You’ll ride on well-trained horses through the pinon and juniper, on trails that may be visible only to your guide. You may see elk, deer, and other wildlife in this wild country, with incredible views stretching in all directions. After a hearty deli-style lunch buffet, run the Racecourse section of the legendary Rio Grande, with its many class 3 rapids (class 4 in high water; see our Racecourse page for further details)
No experience necessary for either rafting or riding. Horses are available to suit all levels of ability.
