SUMMARY:B4BC's Love Your Peaks: Boarding for Breast Cancer
DESCRIPTION:TAOS Ski Valley is once again proud to host B4BC’s Love Your Peaks taking place on Saturday\, FEBRUARY 10\, 2024. The celebration will include a full day of exciting fundraising activities to benefit Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) and the Anita Salas Memorial Fund. Skiers\, snowboarders\, artists\, families\, visitors and locals are invited to join in support of this important cause that affects so many of us. \n\n\nFor more information and the full days’ schedule.  \nACTIVITIES:\nTHE PINK POKER RUN\nFor all ages and all abilities\, the Pink Poker Run is a fun and interactive way to explore the mountain and support breast cancer awareness and prevention! Participants collect pink playing cards at 5 different checkpoints located around the mountain. (Locations will be announced at the booth during registration.) The three best “poker” hands at the end of the run will win awesome prizes. Wearing pink can help you win! Participants are encouraged to wear their best pink costume. Pink Poker Run registration is a $25 donation and you will receive a B4BC goodie bag (NOTE: A valid lift ticket is required). Participants are encouraged to register in advance on this Classy Fundraising page***. Fundraise as much as you can in your own community\, as the Top Fundraisers will win incredible prizes! Upon registration\, you can share your fundraising page with friends and family to raise funds towards Boarding for Breast Cancer’s education\, prevention and survivor support programs. \nTRIBUTE RIDE\nMeet at the B4BC tent at 3PM for the Tribute Ride\, and take a run together while wearing pink and honoring loved ones fighting breast cancer.
