On view from August 8 through October 31\, 2025\, the show highlights the full breadth of Tafoya’s creative work—from handwoven textile art to high-concept couture showcased at Paris Fashion Week. \nThe public is invited to an opening reception on Friday\, August 8\, from 5–8pm\, featuring DJ Oliver and a runway show and special performance by UNBOUND at 7pm that will animate and celebrate the intersection of fashion\, fiber\, and movement central to Tafoya’s practice. UNBOUND is a collaborative performance and community project by Sarah Hogland-Gurulé\, Lupita Salazar\, and Gabriel Carrion-Gonzales\, that uplifts the artists’ Genízaro ancestors\, lineage and culture. \nOrganized by The Paseo Project\, WOVEN is the latest installment in the year-round exhibition program at The Gallery at Hotel Willa\, which showcases contemporary work by local and regional artists.
