These artists founded the next great wave of abstraction that took root in the region\, bringing their vast creativity and international connections to the community. Highlighting works from Harwood Museum of Art’s permanent collection and sourcing significant loans regionally and nationally\, this exhibition tells the story of how Taos contributed to conversations and explorations in the national art scene during the post-World War II period.
