Cooking classes with Chef Chris Maher. Pass recipient of six 4-Diamond Culinary Awards and James Beard recognized chef. Classes are 100% hands on participation and learning.
We discuss,assign, cook and then sit down and enjoy what we have prepared together and talk some more. Students have fun and walk away having learned recipes, technique and theory. Chris is available for private classes and catering for your next dinner party or event.

Based in the Taos Ski Valley and designed for children from first grade and up , our camps focus on hands-on learning experiences. Throughout each of the two week day camp sessions, we focus on several different themes (archeology, river ecology, wildlife biology, orienteering, etc.). We explore each theme and our surroundings through hikes, field notes and drawings, organized activities, art projects, and games. The older children's sessions included an overnight. We also offer two one week sessions that include backpacking trips.
